Moniker Guitars Warranty and Return Policy

NEW RETURN POLICY
We know that many guitar players want to get a feel for a guitar before they buy it. We also know that "feel" can be difficult to convey through a website (for now). If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your custom Moniker guitar you may return it within 5 business days for a full refund. To return your Moniker guitar please call 512-843-2991 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your guitar is damaged during shipping, please keep all of the packing materials and the box. Please notify us immediately by calling 512-843-2991 or emailing us at email@example.com. We will arrange to have FedEx return the guitar to us and we will replace your damaged instrument.
Moniker Guitars wants to see that your instrument is kept in good working order. If for some reason your guitar should give you problems within the first six months following the original purchase of a Moniker guitar please contact us at the information above. If a component of the guitar has failed due to a factory defect, Moniker will send you a replacement part.
The following items are not considered factory defects and are not covered under this warranty: Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, batteries, shrinking, discoloration, setups, adjustments or routine maintenance, damage due to extreme temperature or humidity, damage resulting from customization or repair, or normal wear and tear on parts, instruments or cases.
